Kostas Mitroglou congratulates Marseille for their third consecutive victory in the championship

Kostas Mitroglou continues his career in Olympique de Marseille, after S.L. Benfica Lisbon agreed with the French football club to sell the international striker for 15 million euros for the 50% of his rights, with the total amount of the transfer reaching 27.5 million euros.

We remind that, in order the French football club not to pay 12.5 million euros, Marseille F.C. will have to reach S.L. Benfica Lisbon with a good offer for the 29-year-old Greek international striker within two years.

Mitroglou himself has agreed on everything with Marseille F.C. for a four-year co-operation contract that will bring him a total of 10.6 million euros (without the bonuses).

On last night’s match, the team of Marseille F.C. managed to celebrate its third consecutive victory in the championship in Nice and while Kostas Mitroglou did not play in the match, he stated in his official Twitter account: ”Huge win tonight for @OM_Officiel , great effort+fighting spirit by everyone! Dedicated to our super fans! Keep on strong! Allez OM”
