Greek Final Eurovision 2017: Names of three candidate songs are announced

The Greek Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 will take place on the 6th of March with Elena Bouzala and Antonis Loudaros being the hosts of the event.

Just a few days before the amazing show, the names of the three candidate songs were announced. Singer Demy will perform at the Greek stage while Dimitris Kontopoulos, composed all three songs.

The Three candidate songs are:

  •  “Angels” with lyrics from Romy Papadea
  •  “This is Love” with lyrics from Romy Papadea & John Ballard
  • “When the morning comes around ” with lyrics from John Ballard

Fokas Evangelinos, will direct the Greek choreography this year.

For the first time, juries associations from Greek Diaspora, including Georgia, Belgium, Ukraine, Australia, Italy, Armenia, Germany, Azerbaijan and Austria as well as the Greek audience, will vote for the song to represent Greece in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest final, in Ukraine.
