With the motto “when the snow keeps schools closed, we open the cinema!”, the Thessaloniki Film Festival (TFF) committee has invited children whose schools are currently closed to watch animated films free of charge at a central Thessaloniki venue, it was announced on Thursday.

Screenings, which will take place on Friday, will start at 10.30 and will last for a total of three hours. The venue the TFF has selected for the event is the iconic Olympion cinema at Aristotelous square.
