State arrears to private sector rise in February-data

Greek state arrears to the private sector rose to 3.39 billion euros at the end of February, up 237 million euros from the previous month, the State Accounting Office said on Tuesday.

The data showed that pending tax returns rose to 776 million euros from 692 million, in January. Most of the arrears came from social security funds (1.45 billion euros), hospitals (439 million euros), other state bodies (350 million euros) and local government (270 million euros).
