Leaders of Greece, Turkey, UK will not attend Cyprus conference

The leaders of Cyprus’ three guarantor powers “Greece, Turkey and the United Kingdom” will not attend the ongoing talks in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, which appear to have stalled.

The development was confirmed in tonight’s meeting on the chapter on guarantees and security, which was held with the participation of European Union foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini.

It was also announced that the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will be in Crans-Montana on Thursday to participate in the Conference.
