Another phase of the easing of restrictions imposed by the coronavirus, starts today Monday, June 1, concerning a series of activities and with the simultaneous application of the necessary protection rules.
More specifically, after the re-opening of the Gymnasiums (middle schools) and the Lyceums (high schools) two weeks ago, it is the turn of the primary, kindergarten and nursery students to return to class, while, the year-round hotels, campsites, open air cinemas and swimming pools will also reopen today.
Travel to and between the islands is allowed, while restaurants and cafes have also reopened. Next step is tourism when the borders will reopen to 29 countries on June 15, while the health protocols for the tourism sector have been made public.
