NGTO and Aegean Airlines launch new campaign to promote Athens, Thessaloniki

The National Greek Tourism Organisation (NGTO) in cooperation with Aegean Airlines on Friday announced the launch of a new campaign to promote Athens and Thessaloniki as ideal tourist destinations for short city-break holidays, with the aim of boosting tourist traffic 365 days a year.

The campaign is another targeted action by the GNTO for promoting Greece abroad, which is part of the strategic plan of the Ministry of Tourism.

The top highlights of Athens and Thessaloniki are promoted through a series of videos with emphasis on culture, gastronomy, entertainment, and romantic getaways. The promotion will initially take place online, with the aim to later extend it to other media in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Italy.
