A meeting chaired by Alternate Foreign Minister George Katrougalos and FYROM Deputy Prime Minister Bujar Osmani was concluded at the foreign ministry on Tuesday afternoon. According to sources, discussion focused on economic cooperation between Greece and FYROM and the prospect of setting up joint working groups for the exchange of knowhow.
Additionally, an economic forum with the participation of Greek and FYROM enterpreneurs will take place in Athens in the foreseeable future.
The foreign ministry’s Secretary General for International Economic Relations Yiannis Brahos will visit FYROM in the coming days to help coordinate the actions agreed on Tuesday.
After the meeting, Osmani accompanied Katrougalos to the ministry’s main building to attend a working lunch hosted by Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias.
