Government accused of following all troika demands by GSEE

The private sector umbrella union, GSEE, criticizes the government by accusing them that they follow all that troika asks for, voting for new tough measures. More specifically, the government in an omnibus bill, which will be soonly tabled in the Parliament, will vote for two new measures affecting the initiation of strikes and the non-judicial settlement of labour differences.

GSEE claims that the amendment to be tabled by the government for the alteration of the strikes legislation will criminalize 99% of the strikes, since it asks for 50% of the paid-up members to be present, during the voting for the strike ( currently the percentage is 20%).
