- You are always thinking of food
You probably do not eat enough. Try to eat healthy snacks between the main meals that do not make you gain unnecessary calories, but they help you concentrate on what you are doing.
- You are not getting enough satisfaction of food
If your main meal consists only of a small portion of salad, it is natural to get hungry after a short time. But if you add whole grains, good fat or lean protein to your daily diet, you reduce the chances of consuming high-fat desserts.
- Strong headaches
The human brain needs the glucose found in the blood, which is derived from carbohydrates. If you consume a really small amount of calories, you may feel dizzy, nausea and intense headaches; signs that you do not eat enough and your blood sugar levels are too low.
