For the first time deal includes offsetting measures, says Kammenos

ANEL leader Panos Kammenos said on Thursday the deal achieved with Greece’s lenders and submitted to parliament contains for the first time offsetting measures to neutralize the negative ones, while the country will receive financial aid for measures that will be implemented after two years.

Speaking during the debate in parliament, he congratulated the government’s negotiating team, noting that “despite the huge pressure from the creditors and the commitments of the previous government” the Army officers’ payroll will receive an aid of 19.5 million euros without burdening the budget or the finance ministry.
