Parliament’s educational affairs comittee approves agreement with San Marino

The Greek parliament’s educational affairs committee on Tuesday ratified the education ministry’s bill on the agreement between Greece and San Marino for cooperation on a cultural, educational and scientific level.

All political parties agreed that the agreement strengthens cooperation in important sectors at bilateral and international level.

On her part, Deputy Education Minister Meropi Tzoufi said that even if San Marino is not a EU state-member, it steadfastly supports Greek positions, including on national issues.
