Boosting exports to 50% of GDP ambitious but not impossible, says Dragasakis

A Joint Ministerial Extroversion committee decided on Wednesday on a six step plan to help the country meet its target of boosting exports to 50 percent of GDP by 2025.

Chaired by Vice President and Economy and Development Minister Yiannis Dragasakis, the committee also decided to look at other ways to help meet this target which Dragasakis described as ambitious but not impossible.

The six steps include creating an exports portal, creating a help desk and putting together guides for Greek businesses looking to expand abroad.
