Greek, Kazakh deputy foreign ministers meet in Athens

Greek Deputy Foreign Minister for the Diaspora Terens Quick met in Athens on Monday with Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Roman Vassilenko and discussed the Greek community in Kazakhstan.

Main topics in the discussion included business exchanges, tourism, culture and urban development.

Vassilenko, who delivered an address at the EU-Eurasia-China Business Summit, invited his Greek counterpart to visit Kazakhstan at the congress of all ethnic communities held annually under the aegis of the country’s president. Seventeen Greek communities participate.
