Parliament President Voutsis congratulates Tselidis on bronze medal in Tel Aviv

Parliament President Nikos Voutsis on Sunday congratulated Greek athlete Theodoros Tselidis on winning the bronze medal at the European judo championships in Tel Aviv, in the men’s under-90 kilo category.

“With his sportsmanship, excellent preparation and determination, he not only attained his dreams but also raised Greece to join the foremost of Europe once again,” Voutsis said.

Competing with another 38 athletes, Tselidis won a place on the winners’ podium at Tel Aviv on Saturday, earning Greece’s team its ninth medal in European judo championships and its fifth bronze.
