Wednesday’s derby match between Panathinaikos and PAOK was interrupted

Wednesday’s derby clash between Panathinaikos F.C. Athens and PAOK F.C. Thessaloniki was finally interrupted after the coach of PAOK F.C. Thessaloniki got injured by a beer can, which a fan threw to his head.

According to the first information, the PAOK F.C. Thessaloniki coach has a head injury and felt dizzy. The doctor of the team said that Vladimir Ivić had to be transferred to a hospital, in order to get the necessary examinations.

PAOK F.C. Thessaloniki is likely to win this away match of the second matchday of the Greek Super League Playoffs against the Greens with a 3-0 score.

On the other hand, Panathinaikos F.C. Athens is likely to be deducted 3 points in this year’s Super League Playoffs standings, and moreover it will start next season with -2 points.
