According to Ministry reports, online e-ticketing service for Greek museums and sites now available

An online e-ticketing service that allows visitors to Greece’s museums, monuments and archaeological sites to buy their tickets in advance via the internet is now available, the culture ministry announced on Thursday. During the pilot phase of its introduction, the service will initially be available for selected venues only (Acropolis, archaeological sites in the historic centre of Athens, Knossos, Iraklion Archaeological Museum, Messini archaeological site and museum).

The ministry said that a working group has been set up to monitor the operation of the system, which was financed by donations from the National Bank of Greece and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. The service is available at the website https://etickets.tap.gr/
