3 dead and 15 rescued so far, after sinking of migrant boat near Kalymnos

The Greek Coast Guard announced on Friday noon the sinking of a wooden boat carrying refugees and migrants in the Aegean Sea, near Kalymnos Island. The Greek authorities rescued 15 people and found 1 dead body, while they continue searching for the rest of the people that were on board.

Within Greek territotial waters 15 people were rescued (1 child, 4 women and 10 men) and one body of a woman was picked up. A Turkish patrol boat recovered 2 more bodies.
