Belarus is interested in further developing relations with the Republic of Cyprus in all bilateral and broader international interest issues, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has said, receiving the credentials of Cyprus’ new Ambassador to the country, based in Moscow, Leonidas Markides.
Speaking during the ceremony, which took place on June 26, Lukashenko said relations could be developed in various fields, such as Information Technology, Communications, and Tourism.
Markides assured that he would work towards further strengthening relations between the governments and peoples of the two countries.
